budgie-welcome software package provides Welcome screen for budgie-remix, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install budgie-welcome
budgie-welcome is installed in your system.
Make ensure the budgie-welcome package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep budgie-welcome *
You will get with budgie-welcome package name, version, architecture and description in a table
